Service availability and pricing

The check-in service may become a paid service in the future, including subscription plans and pay-per-use (pay per check-in) pricing. We will notify you of any material changes in line with applicable law.

Document reader device

The document reader hardware is not provided free of charge. It may be supplied under separate agreement and pricing, including as part of a custom solution offered to your property.

Authority filings and liability

We are not responsible for any miscommunication, omission, delay, error, or dispute between you and public authorities (including police, immigration, or other competent bodies). You remain solely responsible for submissions to authorities, record keeping, and full compliance with local laws and regulations.

Purpose and limits of the software

Our software is designed to make guest registration easier and to support compliance with applicable rules when used together with an appropriate document reader and identity verification workflow. Without the document reader, the tool does not replace in-person visual verification of identity (in visu recognition) or other legal obligations that may apply to your establishment.
